SilverCall, provided by Communic8 have partnered with Cirrus Communications for  the last two years where we provide the installation of ISDN lines to connect  their PABX system to the local exchange.

In addition to providing the installation of the ISDN lines, we also provide residents with the ability to use the Cirrus system to make outgoing calls via our SilverCall service. SilverCall has many  advantages for both the resident and the management company responsible for the scheme.

Free Installation - there is no need for them to arrange a new installation with BT for their apartment as the line will be live the day  they move in. This saves the resident about £150 on a potential BT  installation cost.

Developer

By choosing to install the Cirrus SAiNT system and by extension the SilverCall service, developers open up a whole range of Unique Selling Points to offer customers. As mentioned above there are clear benefits for residents moving into schemes fitted with the service.

We are able to facilitate a full range of telephone line installations for the schemes - again providing one point of contact for developers. We will continually liaise with you to ensure line provision is installed on time and according to specification in time for the commissioning of the scheme.

We will take care of everything for you, from ordering the lines and liaising with BT and Cirrus, to fully training your staff on how to sell SilverCall and its benefits.

Management Company

Communic8 will invoice the scheme management company for the line rental of the ISDN lines connected to the PABX. However, once we achieve a take up of SilverCall equivalent to 50% of the total residency at a scheme, we cease billing the rental to the management Company and absorb this into our costs. Therefore the management company makes a considerable annual saving by promoting SilverCall.

Broadband

Cirrus is able to install equipment that enables Broadband to  be distributed throughout the scheme. As with the ISDN lines, Communic8 are able  to provide the connectivity for Broadband and bill each resident that adds this option to their SilverCall plan. Residents will therefore receive one single bill each month for their telecom and broadband usage.
