Communic8 will arrange for the installation of all analogue and digital lines required for each scheme.

Schemes that have below 35 apartments we would reccoemnd 3 pairs of ISDN2. For schemes  with over 35 apartments we would recommend ISDN30 connection to the SAiNT PABX due to its flexibility and higher capacity. ISDN30 can be installed with a minimum of 8  and a maximum of 30 channels

Communic8 will invoice the scheme management company for the line rental of the ISDN lines connected to the PABX. However, once we achieve a take up of SilverCall  equivalent to 50% of the total residency at a scheme, we cease billing the  rental to the management Company and absorb this into our costs.
